The foundation for a thriving health, wellbeing and inner balance is the feeling of completely safety, knowing we can trust ourselves fully. This is an inner state we cultivate by continuously meeting our own physical, emotional and mental needs whilst experiencing empowerment in relationship with others. Learning this is what Mai’s bespoke 1-1 work is all about.

Together with Mai, you’ll work on creating balance and advancement where you need it by implementing supportive habits and practices specifically for you. Rather than teaching you a specific scheme to adhere to, you’ll learn an approach for how to tune in with you and always knowing what action to take to lead life in support of you, your values and goals.

Things worked on may include your sleep routines, training for optimal movement patterns, harmonising your stress levels, finding the right nutritional habits for you specifically and/or knowing how to set boundaries and communicate better. Since sessions and programmes are bespoke the practices we’ll use depend on you and your needs. 

No matter your needs and goals, these bespoke sessions will teach you to cultivate inner calmness and help your body switch from being stress and fat-storing to fat-burning whilst learning to establish a loving relationship with you. One that is founded on Respect, Curiosity and Appreciation.

You’ll also learn how to invite others to help meet your needs in a way that builds bridges rather than conflict through simple, empowered communication.

Mai’s aim is always to help you evoke into a happy, healthier, more fulfilled version of yourself, and ensure you no longer need her, having successfully learned how to care for and act in service of you.

I draw on a wide mixture of health and wellbeing tools in my bespoke sessions and events. The primary areas of focus, however, are always physical health and longevity, emotional and relational wellbeing, stress recovery, and conscious communication. In my bespoke containers, we identify which areas need extra love and support, and that’s where we start dialling in, knowing each of the pillars below are interconnected and there’s a need for us to design a programme specifically tailored to you with your objectives and needs throughout our time working together.

- Emotional Wellbeing -

Cultivate inner calmness and attain harmony between the body and head through nervous system regulation. Using the breath and our physical senses, we help the body release accumulated stress and also receive the signal that it is now safe.

- Relationships & Inner Balance -

Nourish your body, and create balance by implementing supportive sleep habits, optimal movement patterns, harmonising your stress levels and finding the right nutrition for you specifically + knowing how to tune inwards.

- Conscious Communication -

Here we explore the essential teachings around how your inner compass works and how you can create balance between your inner masculine (the part of you that takes action) and your inner feminine (the part of you that is intuitive and free-flowing).

- Stress Recovery & Healing -

In this pillar, we work on growing your awareness of your unconscious default patterns, dive into your way of communicating and explore how you can successfully express your needs, desires and wishes so that others can hear, understand and respect them.

- Movement -

In this video, you'll hear me speaking about how I train and educate people to connect with their bodies when they do physical exercise.

- Breathwork -

In these sessions, you’ll get a chance to connect deeply with your own inner power and essence through felt sensations in the body rather than through the mind, releasing built up dis-ease on a physical, emotional and mental level all at the same time.

About Mai

Mai holds a BA in political science and anthropology yet for the past 10 years has worked as a personal coach to high profile people in companies like Disney, Universal Studios and McKinsey. Alongside this, she has also been a personal trainer and mindfulness instructor to movie stars and artists in London, Dubai and Turkey whilst working in a global private membership club. For the past 4 years however, she has run her own online business centred around health, wellbeing and longevity.
