LEADERSHIP FOR WELLBEING

I support businesses in fostering greater leaders of tomorrow by working 1-1 with their top people to help them grow awareness and communication skills. We do this together by improving their personal wellbeing.

MY BACKGROUND

In working as a personal coach to high profile people in companies like Disney, Universal Studios and McKinsey & Partners, I’ve found when leaders starts focusing on their own health and wellbeing, they generally lead in life with greater awareness. This tends to bring maximised impact at work and greater ease in their lives as a whole - even when they are in highly stressful environments full of pressure to perform with lots of responsibility. The effect is better leaders and work environments as a whole. 

Through working with me, a leader increases his or her own wellbeing and learns how to lower his or her stress levels, which helps balance the nervous system. This creates more space for reflected thinking and action - and makes for a safe person. The tools learned works as an embodied education, which provide an added layer of awareness that help navigate people and stressful environments better. As a leader, the person becomes both, a trusted leader, a role model of direction, as well as a safe space and creator of healthy work environments.

With stress and burnout on the rise across the modern world - and digital transitions happening at a rapid pace - it’s up to organisations to change work environments to centre around health and safety as well as efficiency. Only this will provide a resilient and strong workforce. However, it all starts with individual leaders and their approach to those they lead.

ABOUT MAI

Mai holds a BA in political science and anthropology yet for the past 10 years has worked as a personal coach to high profile people in companies like Disney, Universal Studios and McKinsey. Alongside this, she has also been a personal trainer and mindfulness instructor to movie stars and artists in London, Dubai and Turkey whilst working in a global private membership club. For the past 4 years however, she has run her own online business centred around health, wellbeing and longevity.
