Each morning we get to wake up to a new day full of possibilities. Yet so often we’re so busy jumping straight into action mode and doing, that we don’t really feel this and let ourselves live fully. Life is available to us in so many ways, however, we rarely dwell in the openness of this notion. We could die at any moment, but we live as if we have life forever and like there will always be time to make up for lost time. But life is now.

Breakfast Ritual
What we eat and how we eat matter to our bodies. It determines how we nurture and care for ourselves. It’s all about listening to bodies and honoring them by acting in support of it. When we start the day by honoring ourselves with connection and a meal that nourishes us; we fill ourselves with love from the start.
PRACTICE
Tune in with your body and experiment with finding a wholesome meal that makes your heart and body sing each morning. Maybe this is a quickly made protein shake, a lovely porridge, or a simple smoothie bowl with goodies on top.
Turn on lovely music, an inspiring podcast (find inspiration here), or simply be in silence with yourself based on what prepares you best for the day and gives you the vibe you want.
Feed yourself with goodness by taking time to sit down. Breathe, then eat.
