Is There A Need for Supplements?

The health industry is a billion-dollar industry with more and more offers to help ‘heal or fix’ our ‘imperfect bodies’. It’s important to remember that despite the fact that we have a body that may not look ‘perfect’ or if we have a body that has an imbalance, it is still absolutely divine. There is nothing wrong with a body that isn’t perfect – this is how we are designed.
